Creamy Strawberry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cups

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup strawberry puree (fresh or frozen strawberries blended)
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: a few drops pink food coloring (for brighter color)

Instructions:

  1. Whip the cream
    In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix the base
    In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Combine gently
    Fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture slowly to keep it light and fluffy.
  4. Add chocolate chips
    Stir in the mini chocolate chips evenly.
  5. Fill the cups
    Spoon the mixture into small plastic cups like in the picture.
  6. Freeze
    Freeze for 4–6 hours or until firm.
  7. Serve
    Enjoy directly from the cup with a spoon!

🍨 Tip: You can add crushed cookies or fresh strawberry pieces for extra texture.
