Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup strawberry puree (fresh or frozen strawberries blended)
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: a few drops pink food coloring (for brighter color)
Instructions:
- Whip the cream
In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. - Mix the base
In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract. Mix well. - Combine gently
Fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture slowly to keep it light and fluffy. - Add chocolate chips
Stir in the mini chocolate chips evenly. - Fill the cups
Spoon the mixture into small plastic cups like in the picture. - Freeze
Freeze for 4–6 hours or until firm. - Serve
Enjoy directly from the cup with a spoon!
