CABBAGE AND EGG

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • carrot, grated
  • eggs
  • 3–4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or green onions (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare vegetables
    Finely shred the cabbage and grate the carrot.
  2. Mix ingredients
    In a bowl, add:

    • shredded cabbage
    • grated carrot
    • eggs
    • flour
    • salt and pepper
    • parsley/green onions

    Mix everything well until it forms a thick batter.

  3. Heat the pan
    Add a little oil to a frying pan and heat on medium.
  4. Cook the fritters
    • Scoop about 2 tablespoons of mixture into the pan.
    • Flatten slightly to form a pancake.
  5. Fry
    Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve
    Serve warm with:

    • yogurt sauce
    • sour cream
    • garlic sauce

✅ Tip: If the mixture is too wet, add 1 extra tablespoon of flour.
