Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 eggs
- 3–4 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or green onions (optional)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare vegetables
Finely shred the cabbage and grate the carrot. - Mix ingredients
In a bowl, add:- shredded cabbage
- grated carrot
- eggs
- flour
- salt and pepper
- parsley/green onions
Mix everything well until it forms a thick batter.
- Heat the pan
Add a little oil to a frying pan and heat on medium. - Cook the fritters
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of mixture into the pan.
- Flatten slightly to form a pancake.
- Fry
Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. - Serve
Serve warm with:- yogurt sauce
- sour cream
- garlic sauce
✅ Tip: If the mixture is too wet, add 1 extra tablespoon of flour.
